BIRDS IN THE NEWS

	NPRRP The National Parrot Relinquishment Research Project was established by a grant co-funded by The Gabriel Foundation and PETsMART Charities to assess the status of the needs for parrot welfare, rehome, rescue and relinquishment through a data collection study from a variety of parrot-related communities: aviculturists, bird clubs, shelters, zoos, retailers and veterinarians to name a few. This study was the first of its kind within the parrot community and the need for this project was conceived by Julie Weiss Murad, founder and President of The Gabriel Foundation.   Click here to read the report.
